Rare and original pre-WWII DLV (Deutscher Luftsportverband) flag, measuring approximately 55×95 cm, produced by the renowned flag maker Fahnenrichter Köln 8 (est. 1869), as marked on the original sewn-in label.
This vividly colored blue cotton flag features the striking DLV emblem — a propeller with stylized wings overlaid by a black swastika, surrounded by a red and white roundel. This design was used during the early 1930s when the DLV functioned as a front organization for the Luftwaffe during the secret buildup of German air power.
